Hi! My name is Rusty. I’m a two-year-old mixed-breed sweetheart with soulful eyes and a heart full of hope. Life hasn’t always been kind to me—I’ve known neglect, confinement, and uncertainty—but through it all, I have held onto my gentle spirit and deep desire to love and be loved.

My awesome foster mom has had me neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m ready for a fresh start. I’m kennel trained, love toys, and I walk pretty well on a leash—though I may occasionally pulls when excited. My foster mom says…Training is always recommended when welcoming a new friend, and I am eager to learn.

I would be good with kids and take treats gently, always happy to soak up affection and I give kisses in return. My interactions with cats are unknown, but but I can show I have a calm and curious nature. I sleep easily in my crate, both overnight and while you’re away. I find comfort in having a safe space to rest.

With patience and compassion, Rusty personality continues to blossom—revealing a playful, affectionate pup who just wants to know he’s safe and won’t be abandoned again.

We have two absolutely adorable brother-and-sister kittens looking for a foster or permanent home. They were originally feral, but you would never know it — they are incredibly loving, sweet, and affectionate.

The gray kitten is a female, and the brown kitten is a male. They love to be held, purr nonstop, and enjoy human attention. They are about 5 months old, as of January 12th…they’re fixed, and up to date on all their shots.
